Exchange Policy

At Label Vani, we want you to love what you wear. While we do not offer returns or refunds, we are happy to provide exchanges on eligible items to ensure you have the perfect fit and style.

🔄 Exchange Eligibility

  • You can request an exchange within 3 to 5 business days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in their original packaging.

  • The item must be in the same condition as received and accompanied by a proof of purchase or order confirmation.

🚫 No Returns or Refunds

Please note that we do not accept returns or issue refunds. Exchanges are only allowed for size or style issues, and only if the item is in perfect condition.

  • Desired Size/Item

  • Clear Images (if required for approval)

Once your exchange request is approved, we will share shipping instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
